Project Manager

Brian Barnett joined Alliance Contracting in 2021. He earned a degree in Architectural Drafting and technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Throughout his 10-years of experience in the construction industry, he has managed a vast assortment of projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large, multi-family apartment projects. He enjoys working with clients through all phases of their project, from design to project closeout. Brian prides himself on building relationships throughout the project. He views each project as an opportunity to build new relationships and always aims to develop repeat clients through customer satisfaction.

Brian grew up, and currently lives in Mankato with his wife and two young children. He attended high school at Mankato Loyola and college at Minnesota State Mankato. Outside of work, he enjoys home renovations, being on the lake in the summertime, and catching a football game in the fall.
